Gary J. Sbona

GARY J. SBONA has served as Verity’s President and Chief Executive
Officer since July 1997, and served as a director of the company since
May 1998. Mr. Sbona also serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of Regent Pacific Management Corporation, an international
professional services firm that specializes in high technology
companies, and is currently providing management services to the
Company.
