Garry E. Meier

GARRY E. MEIER is Chairman, CEO and President of Outsource
International, Inc. (Delray Beach, FL). Prior to 1990, he was a partner
for eight years with a regional investment bank, managing a fee-based
M&A Practice and a $150 million venture fund. He was a corporate
development executive ‘ First Financial Management Corporation,
operational marketing/sales assignments in the IBM Company. He is
currently a Director of: Broad Margin, Member, ASP Provider to TeleCo
Service Arena, Personalogy Member, Internet User Profiling Service,
Outsource International Chairman, National Provider of Human Resource
Services. Prior to joining Outsource Mr. Meier was President/Interim CEO
of Global Integrity (Reston, VA) 1998 to December 1999; COO of Medaphis
Physician Services Corporation (Atlanta, GA) from 1996 to 1998; COO of
Technology Services Solutions (Philadelphia, PA) from 1994 to 1996; CEO
and President of Automated Information, Inc. (St. Louis, MO) from 1991
to 1994. He holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management,
Undergraduate degree in Marketing.
