Fredric A. Nelson

FREDRIC A. NELSON III, Managing Director, is Head of Product Development
and Business Strategy for the Structured Equity area. He joined J.P.
Morgan Investment in 1994, after 14 years at Bankers Trust. While at
Bankers Trust, he was part of the Global Investment Management Group,
and lead the Global Quantitative Applications Group. Mr. Nelson received
his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and his M.B.A. from the
University of Chicago.
