Fred Hadeed

FRED HADEED is Chief Financial Officer of United Therapeutics
Corporation. He most recently served as a Senior Manager in the health
care practice of KPMG LLP, the international accounting firm. He is a
Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA. He earned a BS in
Accounting at George Mason University. Mr. Hadeed is active in the
community, having previously served on the Virginia Equal Employment
Opportunity Council and currently on the Washington Revels Board of
Trustees.
