Fred H. Behrens

FRED H. BEHRENS is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of USA
Biomass Corp, and a Director of AMCOR Capital Corporation, where he has
served in that capacity since 1979. AMCOR is the managing agent of
several agricultural and real estate limited partnerships, managing over
14,000 acres located principally in California, Oregon and Texas. In the
Coachella Valley, AMCOR manages over 2,000 acres, principally planted to
table grapes and dates. It also controls an 8,000-acre irrigated farm
located in the Columbia River Basin of eastern Oregon. From 1966 to
1971, he was on the audit staff of Arthur Andersen & Co. Between 1971
and 1973, he was a Principal in a real estate development company. From
1973 to August 1979, he was employed as a Vice President of Great Plains
Western Corporation, a Whitter, California-based agricultural management
company. Mr. Behrens received a Bachelor of Science degree from the
University of Minnesota. He is a member of the California Society of
CPA’s and The Pacific Club, Newport Beach.
