Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Waukegan and CEO (16
years). 1992: Elected to Chairman of First Federal Bank and CEO (6
years). MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS- 1947: Licensed Professional Engineer-
State of Illinois. 1993: Financial World Magazine- CEO of the Year for
