Frank Yuan is the CEO and Chairman of Cyber Merchants Exchange. Prior to
starting the company in July 1996, Mr. Yuan founded a retail clothing
chain and a men’s clothing line and co-founded UNI-CGS, a computer
hardware importer and wholesaler. He also co-founded United National
Bank, Evertrust Bank and Western Cities Title Insurance Company and is
Chairman of the Board of Directors for ServAmerica National Title. Mr.
Yuan earned a BA in Economics from Fu-Jen Catholic University in Taiwan
and his MBA from Utah State University.
