Frank J. Jules

FRANK J. JULES is Chief Executive Officer of US Lec Corp. He joined US
LEC in December 2001 with more than 20 years of data, communications and
Internet industry experience. As CEO, Mr. Jules oversees the strategic
direction of US LEC, and is responsible for directing the company’s
business plan and guiding US LEC’s continued growth. Before joining US
LEC, Mr. Jules served as President and CEO of Winstar Communications.
Prior to his time at Winstar, he served as President of SBC/Ameritech
Business Communications Services, where he was responsible for $5
billion in annual revenue from 1 million business customers of data and
voice services. During his career, Mr. Jules has also held top-level
management positions with Northern Telecom (now Nortel), IBM and New
York Telephone. Mr. Jules holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from
Iona College.
