Francis M. Fetsko

FRANCIS M. FETSKO is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Tompkins Trustco, Inc. He joined the company as Controller in
October 1996. He was promoted to Senior Vice President and CFO in
December 2000 and was promoted to Executive Vice President and CFO in
June 2003. Mr. Fetsko worked as a Federal Bank Examiner with FDIC
(Syracuse office) for nine years. He was a General Auditer for Elmira
Savings Bank. Mr. Fetsko has a BA in Accounting from the University of
Scranton and he graduated from the National School of Banking at
Fairfield University.
