Everett Rogers

EVERETT (BUDDY) ROGERS is Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of
Finance and Administration at Microtune, Inc. He is an accomplished
business professional with broad experience in finance, international
operations, and marketing management. In 1996, Mr. Rogers served as
Finance Director for Cypress Semiconductor’s Austin, Texas, fabrication
facility. Prior to Cypress Semiconductor, Mr. Rogers served as the
Controller for entrepreneurial startups within Cirrus Logic. From
1994-1996, he was an Operations Manager for an international marketing
division of Integral Ltd., a Southwire Company. Prior to Integral, he
spent 10 years at Texas Instruments in finance and management positions.
He has consulted with numerous Us-based companies interested in
penetrating European and Eastern markets. Mr. Rogers holds a BS in
Accounting from Kentucky Wesleyan College and an MBA from Huron
University in London, England.
