Erwin Flueckiger

ERWIN FLUECKIGER is currently Chief Executive Officer and Chief
Financial Officer of Feldschloesschen-Huerlimann Holdings, the largest
Swiss beverage and real estate company. Until 1996, he was CFO of
Sulzer Infra Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Hungary. Previously, he
was the CFO of the International Securities Market Association and a
consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
