Erik Gronvold

ERIK GRONVOLD is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Ashland
Management, Inc. He joined the firm in March 2003 as portfolio manager
and member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Gronvold is a CFA charter
holder and member of the Association of Investment Management and
Research and the Hartford Society of Financial Analysts. For the five
years prior to Ashland, he held several key positions in asset
management and research for Skandia, Including Director of Research.
Prior to Skandia, Mr. Gronvold served as an Equity Research Associate
for Alliance Capital Management. He earned a BS degree in Finance from
the University of Vermont.
