Emanuel Hhener

EMANUEL HHENER has been the Chief Executive Officer of Electrizitts-
Gesellschaft Laufenburg AG since September 2000. He was educated at the
Swiss Federal Institute of Technology where he received an MSc. He also
attended Imperial College, London, England, IMD (IMEDE) and Krauthammer
International. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Hhener was the General
Manager of strategic group projects for Georg Fischer Management AG and
was the President and CEO of Georg Fischer Disa Holdings Ltd. He has
also held positions with New Sulzer Diesel Ltd, New Sulzer Diesel Hong
Kong Ltd, Sulzer Brothers Norge AS, Norway and Sulzer Brothers Ltd.,
Switzerland.
