Edward McLaughlin

EDWARD MCLAUGHLIN is co-Founder of PAYTRU$T, Inc., and has served on the
Board of Directors and as Chief Executive Officer since the company’s
inception in October 1998. Mr. McLaughlin oversees the company’s product
direction, strategic relationships, marketing and long-term vision.
Prior to founding PAYTRU$T, Mr. McLaughlin was Executive Vice President
of Marketing at Logic Works, the leader of the relational database
modeling and design market. Prior to Logic Works, Mr. McLaughlin was
Director of Information Tools at Actium, a leading systems integrator;
Manager of EDI Services at Information and Financial Services, a leading
software and services company; and Corporate Services Analyst at
Industrial Valley Bank. At Information and Financial Services, Mr.
McLaughlin managed a business unit focused on Electronic Data
Interchange (EDI) software and services. Mr. McLaughlin designed large-
scale EDI implementations, including projects at Motorola, The Florsheim
Shoe Company, IBM and Martin Marietta. Mr. McLaughlin holds a Bachelor’s
of Sciences in Finance and Decision Science from the Wharton School,
University of Pennsylvania.
