Edward J. Reiter

EDWARD J. REITER, is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mid Am,
Inc., a $2.2 billion multi-bank holding company. Mid Am, Inc. owns five
banks and six operating companies. Mr. Reiter, a former high school
teacher, has been with Mid Am for 32 years and advanced from teller to
Chief Executive Officer. He is active in many community, state, and
national programs. While receiving many awards, the most recent would be
the 1994 Bronze Award from ‘Financial World’ on the Top Chief Executive
Officer in the Country. He is married with two children and resides in
Bowling Green, Ohio.
