Edward H. Danse

EDWARD H. DANSE is President and Chief Executive Officer of ISTA
Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to joining ISTA, he was with Allergan, Inc.,
where he held various management positions from 1988-1997. Mr. Danse was
with Coopervision/Cooper Companies, Inc., from 1987-1988; Bausch & Lomb
from 1984-1987; Schering-Plough from 1977-1984. Mr. Danse holds a
Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the Pacific, Stockton,
CA., Master of International Management (MIM), 1977, American Graduate
School of International Management (Thunderbird) Phoenix, AZ.
