Edward D. Cameron

EDWARD D. CAMERON became the Senior Vice President, Treasurer and
Corporate Secretary of Heritage Financial Corporation in January
2003. Mr. Cameron was named Corporate Secretary of Heritage in
June 2002. Prior to that he was Vice President and Treasurer of
Heritage. Mr. Cameron became the Senior Vice President and
Treasurer of Heritage Bank in August 1999. Prior to that, Mr.
Cameron had been Vice President, Investment Manager at Heritage
Bank since April 1999. Prior to that, he had over 25 years of
banking experience, most recently as Senior Vice President,
Investment Manager at Security Pacific Bank.
