EDWARD C. LEVINE has been a Director of PrimeCare Systems, Inc., and the
Chairman of the Board since 1994, and was President of PrimeCare until August
22, 2005. From 1974, he was a Director and President of OCGT until his
resignations from both positions on December 31, 2005. Mr. Levine is a member
of the Bar of the State of New York.
