Edward A. Keible

EDWARD A. KEIBLE is President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of
Endwave Corporation. Mr. Keible is also a member of the Board of
Directors of two private companies, Promex Industries Inc. and ZoeMed
Corporation. Additionally, in the public company arena, he has been non-
executive Chairman of Dynamic Materials Corporation and outside Director
of Premisys Corporation; both have since been acquired. He is an
Executive Director of the American Electronics Association and served on
their National Board of Directors. Previously, Mr. Keible was employed
by Raychem Corporation as a Senior Vice President responsible for
Raychem’s Worldwide Electronics Business Group and earlier was President
of Raychem International Corporation. During his career, Mr. Keible has
lived in Manama, Bahrain; Milan, Italy; and London, England. Mr. Keible
is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where he received the Bachelors of
Arts, Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering degrees, with
highest distinction. After graduation he served for four years in the
United States Air Force, attaining the rank of Captain. Subsequently,
Mr. Keible received his Master’s of Business Administration degree as a
Baker Scholar from Harvard University.
