Edward A. Keible

EDWARD A. KEIBLE, JR., has served as President and Chief Executive
Officer and as a Director of Endwave Corporation since January 1994.
From 1973-1993, Mr. Keible held various positions at Raychem
Corporation, culminating in the position of Senior Vice President with
specific oversight of Raychem’s International and Electronics Groups.
Mr. Keible has been awarded three patents in the fields of electronics
and communications. Mr. Keible holds a BA in Engineering Sciences and a
BE and an ME in Materials Science from Dartmouth College and an MBA from
Harvard Business School. Mr. Keible currently serves on the Board of
Directors of the American Electronics Association.
