Edgar Wallner

EDGAR WALLNER has been associated with Orthofix International N.V. since
1982 and became President in 1987. Prior to this, he was Vice President
of European Operations for EBI Medical Systems, Inc. for nine years and
was with The Boots Company a multinational pharmaceutical company for 13
years. Mr. Wallner is a graduate in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the
University of Nottingham and an Alumnus of the Harvard Business School.
