Ed Smith

ED SMITH joined Prenova as CEO in May, 2002. Mr. Smith has over 20 years
of outsourcing and energy markets experience, most recently, as Chief
Operating Officer of Perot Systems Energy Parctice. As COO of Perot
Systems’ Global Energy Group, Smith was responsible for all aspects of
the business design of Perots’ service offering, including the iQom
product. While at Perot, Smith initiated and closed significant
contracts in both the United Kingdom and the United States. Smith
received his MBA from Emory University, and a Masters of Science in
Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
