E. Van Cullens

E. VAN CULLENS is President and Chief Executive Officer, Westell
Technologies, Inc. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Cullens was
President and Chief Executive Officer of Harris Corporation. He also
worked in various executive positions with Siemens ICN (Information and
Communications Network), Siemens Stromberg-Carlson and GPT Stromberg-
Carlson for 13 years and held various management positions with GTE
Telephone Operations for 12 years. Mr. Cullens is a Board and Executive
Committee member of both the Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA) and
the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) and also sits on the
Board of the Martin Group.
