Dwight D. Goodman

DWIGHT D. GOODMAN has been an Officer and Director of the company since
its inception. Prior to that he was President and part owner of Glas-
Craft, Inc., a company subsidiary. Previous positions were as Senior
Vice President of Ransburg Corporation, a manufacturer of factory
automation equipment, and Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP. He is a
graduate of the Ohio State University.
