Steven N. Katz

DR. STEVEN N. KATZ is Founder, Chairman, President and CEO of Ortec
International, Inc., and has served in this capacity since the Company’s
inception in 1991. Prior, Dr. Katz was founder of several companies in
real estate development and import/export industries. He has also served
on the faculty at Baruch College in New York as Professor of Economics
and Finance. Dr. Katz has a Ph.D. in Finance and Statistics as well as
an M.B.A. and M.S. in Operations Research from New York University.
