Roland Metzger

Dr. Roland Metzger, 46, founded Jobs & Adverts AG in October 1995,
starting Germany’s first career market on the Internet. After completing
his studies, Dr. Metzger was a researcher at the University of
Heidelberg, where he earned his doctorate in economics. He spent many
years working as an international management consultant for Sema Group
and Arthur D. Little before taking a senior management position at a
systems house in Germany for the media industry.
