Maarten Willem Dekker

DR MAARTEN WILLEM DEKKER is the Managing Director of NPM Capital. He
holds a degree in Fiscal Economy from the University of Rotterdam and
further studied Fiscal Law at the Fiscal Academy Rotterdam. Prior to
his becoming Managing Director of NPM Capital, Dr Dekker, was the
Managing Director of Zanen Verstoep N.V. in The Hague, a position he
held from 1978 to 1989. Dr Dekker is married with three children.
