Denis O'Donnell

DR. DENIS O’DONNELL has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of
Novavax, Inc., since May 2000 and Chief Executive Officer and Director
of Molecular Diagnostics, Inc., since February 2003. He was a General
Partner at Seaside Partners, LP, a private equity firm from 1997 to
2003, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Novavax from 1999 to
2000 and Senior Advisor to Novavax from 1997 to 1998. Dr. O’Donnell was
President of Novavax from 1995 to 1997 and Vice President, Business
Development of Novavax from 1992 to 1995. Currently, he is a Director of
Columbia Laboratories, Inc., and ELXSI Corporation.
