Chalom Sayada

Dr. CHALOM SAYADA, has served as Chief Executive Officer of
ActivBiotics, Inc., since January 2000. Dr. Sayada founded and was
President and Chief Executive Officer of ACT Gene SA, an early stage
company focused on HIV drug resistance that was subsequently acquired by
Visible Genetics in 1998. At Visible Genetics, Dr. Sayada served as Vice
President of Marketing and Strategy-International and President of
Visible Genetics Europe. Dr. Sayada also held management positions at
Roche Diagnostics. Dr. Sayada received his MD from Paris University XII
and received his PhD degree from Paris University VII.
