Bernhard Termuhlen

DR. BERNHARD TERMUHLEN is the Chief Executive Officer of MLP AG. He
holds a Master’s Degree in both Economics and Engineering and a Doctor’s
degree in Engineering. He started his career as a Post Graduate
Researcher at Aachen University in 1979 and in 1981 joined E. Heitkamp
GmbH, as Assistant to the Managing Partner. In 1985, he joined MLP as a
Consultant in Hamburg, and in 1987, became the Managing Director of that
branch. In 1988 he became Member of the Board of MLP AG. He is also CEO
and Chairman of the Managing Board of the following MLP Companies: MLP
Finanzdienstleistungen AG, MLP Lebensversicherung AG, MLP
Vermogensverwaltung AG, MLP Consult GmbH, MLP Service GmbH, MLP
Assekuranzmakler GmbH and MLP Bank Ag.
