Donna M. Coughey

DONNA M. COUGHEY has been President and Chief Executive Officer
of Chester Valley Bancorp Inc. and First Financial Bank since
November 2000. Prior to joining Chester Valley, she was with
Mellon Financial Corporation from 1988 to November 2000 and from
1976 to 1987, most recently as Chairwoman, President and Chief
Executive Officer of Mellon Bank (Delaware) from August 1996 to
November 2000. Previously, she was First Vice President and Team
Leader, Wholesale Banking at Mellon Bank-Philadelphia from 1988
to 1996, Assistant Vice President, National Corporate Banking at
Marine Midland Bank Delaware from 1987 to 1988 and Assistant Vice
President-Market Manager at Newmarket National Bank (Fort
Washington, Pennsylvania) from June 1987 to September 1987. From
1976 to 1987 Ms. Coughey was associated with Mellon Bank in
Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. She received an MBA degree from
Villanova University and a BS in Business Management from Point
Park College (summa cum laude) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
