Donald W. Kappauf

DONALD W. KAPPAUF, President and CEO. Mr. Kappauf assumed his current
position on December 23, 1997. Serving the Company since 1990, he has
held many senior management positions including President from April
1990 to October 1994 and then Division President of Contract Staffing
and most recently Executive Vice President. Prior to joining DSI, Mr.
Kappauf was President and owner of Perm Staff/Temp Staff, a temporary
staffing and PEO business located in Princeton, NJ, until the
acquisition by DSI in 1990. Mr. Kappauf was employed by Science
Management Corporation from 1968 to 1988, serving in many capacities,
including that of President of SMC Personnel Support, a temporary
staffing business built by Mr. Kappauf for SMC. Mr. Kappauf graduated
from the University of Miami with a degree in Business Administration.
