Donald S. Laguardia

DONALD S. LAGUARDIA became the President and CEO of PurchaseSoft, Inc.
in August 2000. He has served as a Director for PurchaseSoft since June
1998 and chairs the company’s Audit Committee. Prior to assuming the
roles of President and CEO at PurchaseSoft, Mr. LaGuardia was a
principal of L-R Global Partners, LP, a limited partnership investment
company and affiliate of Rockefeller & Co. Mr. LaGuardia is an executive
experienced in providing leadership to companies at critical points in
their development. Shortly after joining L-R Global, he was instrumental
in leading the shareholder group on behalf of Hurricane Hydrocarbons, a
significant L-R Global investment, in a protracted fight against
corporate note holders, saving the company for the shareholders. Mr.
LaGuardia worked as an Auditor and Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers
and later as a Business Planning Manager for BMW of North America
involved in the restructuring of its dealer network. Mr. LaGuardia is a
Certified Public Accountant. He received his MBA in Finance from New
York University and his BA in Accounting from Pace University in New
York.
