Donald R. Reynolds

DONALD R. REYNOLDS joined HEI, Inc., in March 1998 as Executive Vice
President and was appointed President in April 1998 and Chief Operating
Officer in January 1999. Before joining HEI, beginning in 1995, he was
employed with BF Goodrich Aerospace in senior executive positions in
product engineering, marketing and general management, and most recently
as Business Unit Director for a business unit having approximately $30
million in revenues. This business unit designed and manufactured high
technology products (sensors, electronics, software) for the aerospace
industry.
