Donald R. Millard

DONALD R. MILLARD is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of AGCO Corporation and is responsible for providing and developing the
financial resources to meet the needs of AGCO’s future, as well as being
a major contributor to the strategic direction of the company. He was
appointed to his current position in October 2000.
