DONALD J. KELLY is Director of Omni-Lite Industries CDA, Inc. Mr. Kelly
is Corporate Counsel with the firm Miles, Davison, McCarthy, McNiven LLP
of Calgary, Alberta, and has been practicing corporate and commercial
law for 40 years. He was for over 17 years a Director in Startech Energy
Inc., a company trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange until it’s
acquisition by Arc Resources Ltd. in January 2001. Mr. Kelly currently
sits on the Board of Tactex Controls Inc. and of Omni-Lite Industries
Canada Inc.
