Don Garner

DON GARNER is President and Chief Executive Officer of PrimeWest Energy
Trust. He joined PrimeWest in June 2001 and has overall responsibility
for leading and overseeing the business direction of the trust. He has
more than 25 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. He
was President and Chief Operating Officer of Northstar Energy
Corporation from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Garner spent a
significant portion of his career at Imperial Oil Limited in various
capacities, including executive responsibility for the Oilsands Business
Unit. Mr. Garner is an Engineering graduate of the University of
Saskatchewan.
