Dieter Dannheimer

DIETER DANNHEIMER, born 1945, Chairman of the Management Board since
April 1st 1999, is responsible for, among other things, the areas of
corporate development, personnel, public relations and law. He started
his career with Techem as Head of the Business Administration Department
and has been a member of the Management Board since 1992. Before joining
Techem, Mr Dannheimer was COO at Braun Electronic GmbH, Kronberg, a
subsidiary of Gillette and member of the Management Board at Elastic-
Paslode GmbH, subsidiary of Signode Inc. Mr Dannheimer has a degree in
Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) and a Tax Consultant degree.
