Derek Williams

DEREK WILLIAMS, born in London, is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
of Westmount Energy Limited, and is a major shareholder in the company.
He has over 30 years experience in the international oil industry and
was formerly Chairman and CEO of Charterhall Plc, an independent UK
based international oil exploration and production company, from 1969 to
1986 and is a Chartered Accountant. Having lived for several years in
Houston, he became an American citizen in 1994. He is listed in “Who’s
Who in The City.”
