Dennis R. Stewart

DENNIS R. STEWART has been Senior Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of TF Financial Corporation and the company
since May 1999. Prior to that, Mr. Stewart served as Executive
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Coastal Bank
in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where he had been employed since
1990. Mr. Stewart has a BA and MBA from Michigan State University
and is a Certified Public Accountant.
