DENNIS P. WOLF has been Senior Vice President of Finance and
Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Redback Networks, Inc.,
since January 2001. From March 1998 to December 2000, Mr. Wolf was the
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Credence
Systems Corporation, a manufacturer of integrated circuit test
equipment. In addition, during the period of December 1998 and August
1999, Mr. Wolf served as co-President of Credence. Prior to joining
Credence, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
at Centigram Communications Corporation from January 1997 to March 1998
and for much of that time also served as their co-President. Mr. Wolf
was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pyramid Technology
from August 1995 to December 1997. He holds a BA in Religious Studies
from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the University of
Denver.
