Dennis E. Finnegan

DENNIS E. FINNEGAN joined First Mariner Bank in July 1999 as Executive
Vice President, Retail Banking. Mr. Finnegan is responsible for all
consumer-related activities of the bank including its branch network,
remote ATMs, on-line banking, consumer lending, customer service, call
center, brokerage sales, advertising, marketing, human resources and
training. Prior to joining the company, in 1998, Mr. Finnegan was Vice
President and Manager, Baltimore Private Banking at Crestar Bank (now
Suntrust Bank). He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Mount
Saint Mary’s College and his Juris Doctor from the University of
Baltimore School of Law.
