David Wong

DAVID WONG has been a Director of EganaGoldpfeil (Holdings) Limited
since 1992. He is also the Chairman of its Audit Committee. He oversees
the corporate and strategic functions of the Group. Mr. Wong has over 20
years experience in finance, accounting, corporate and taxation areas,
and is a member of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants and the
Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK). He has also served
as Director of the Group’s two listed affiliates, Egana Jewellery &
Pearls Limited and Tonic Industries Holdings Limited.
