David T. Henigson

DAVID T. HENIGSON is Treasurer, Vice President and a member of the Board
of Directors of Value Line, Inc., since 1988. He is also Secretary,
Treasurer and Vice President of each fund in the Value Line Family of
Mutual Funds. Mr. Henigson has a BA, CPA and is registered with the NASD
as a Principal (Series 24, 27, 7, 63 and 65). He graduated from Queens
College in 1979. Prior to joining Value Line, he worked for five years
with the US Securities and Exchange Commission in New York as well as
the accounting firm of Peat Marwick and the former brokerage firm of EF
Hutton.
