David Spille

DAVID SPILLE is Director of Investor Relations at webMethods,
Inc. Mr. Spille is responsible for all corporate communication
with webMethods’ global investment community. During his tenure,
webMethods completed one of the most successful software initial
public offerings in NASDAQ’s history. Sellside analyst coverage
increased from four analysts to over 20, and webMethods was
awarded Honorable Mention for Best Use of Technology by Investor
Relations magazine. In addition, Mr. Spille is a Board Member
(President) of the National Investor Relations Institute’s
Capitol Area Chapter. Prior to joining webMethods, Mr. Spille
managed the investor relations departments of Baan Company and
Strayer Education and was a Senior Analyst at The NASDAQ Stock
Market.
