David Seltzer

DAVID SELTZER is President and Chief Executive Officer of Hi-Tech
Pharmacal Co., Inc. He joined the company in 1990 as Executive Vice
President, Administration and Chief Operating Officer, in 1998 he became
President and CEO. Prior to that, Mr. Seltzer was employed as an Account
Executive at investment banking companies. Mr. Seltzer received his
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Queens College in 1984.
