David M. Moffett

DAVID M. MOFFETT is Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Firstar
Corporation. He is a member of Firstar’s Managing Committee and
Chairman, Asset Liability Policy Committee. Prior to joining the
company, Mr. Moffett was Senior Vice President and Assistant Treasurer
in Corporate Treasury at BankAmerica Corporation, San Francisco. He
joined Security Pacific National Bank, Los Angeles, in 1989 as Senior
Vice President responsible for the lead bank’s domestic and
international treasury and asset sales group. In 1990, he was promoted
to Director, Corporate Treasury for Security Pacific Corporation
responsible for all treasury activities worldwide. Mr. Moffett is a
graduate of the Universe of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s degree in
Economics and has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from
Southern Methodist University. His civic involvement includes Board
participation for: Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Zoological Society
of Milwaukee County and the Greater Milwaukee Open. He is a member of
the Greater Milwaukee Committee and the Bankers Roundtable.
