David M. McCarthy

DAVID M. MCCARTHY co-founded The Zanett Securities Corporation in 1993,
where he managed, supervised, invested or co-invested in over 100
company transactions that have a combined total of over $1 billion. He
is also the Chief Executive Officer and co-Founder of Planet Zanett, a
leading Internet incubator, where he shares responsibility for the
strategic direction of the company, the development and implementation
of its investment strategy, the development of its portfolio companies,
and relationships with the financial community. Prior to that, Mr.
McCarthy was a derivatives trader for the European American Corporation,
and for an affiliate of Spear, Leeds & Kellogg, Inc. and served as a
Manager with Tucker Anthony & R.L. Day. Mr. McCarthy holds a degree from
the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
