David M. Engert

DAVID M. ENGERT has served as Chief Operating Officer since April 24,
2000. On June 1, 2000, Mr. Engert was appointed to the Board of
Directors. Most recently, Mr. Engert was Senior Vice President and
General Manager of the Managed Care Group at McKesson HBOC, Inc. He
founded that group in 1993 after holding the President and Chief
Operating Officer position at Biven Software, Inc. Mr. Engert was also
one of the first Directors of Sales at Sybase, Inc. where he was
employed from 1988 to 1992. He began his career at companies such as
Computer Corporation of America, Boeing Computer Services and Xerox
Company Services. Mr. Engert’s education includes a BS in Industrial
Engineering from Louisiana State University.
