David L. Urdal

DAVID L. URDAL is President, Chief Scientific Officer and Vice Chairman
of Dendreon Corporation, a biotechnology company headquartered in
Seattle, Washington. Dr. Urdal joined Dendreon in July of 1995. Prior to
that time, he held various positions with Immunex Corporation, including
President of Immunex Manufacturing Corporation, Vice President and
Director of Development, and head of the departments of biochemistry and
membrane biochemistry. Dr. Urdal received an MS in Public Health and a
PhD in Biochemical Oncology from the University of Washington.
